PARTICIPANTS

What is the profile of the BULA participant?

The Certificate modules are designed for women committed to change and seeking to impact their environment. Especially for those seeking to expand their knowledge on the topic, learn new tools, gain experience, accredit their expertise, and obtain professional recognition.

Can women without education or who are not currently working apply?

Yes. Applicants who are currently employed will be given priority in the selection process; however, candidates who are not employed but wish to expand their knowledge will be welcomed based on the merits stated in their application.

Is there an age requirement for BULA Programs?

No. You only need to demonstrate one year of experience in a job or your own business. To appreciate the content of each module, no prior knowledge or minimum age is required. The Selection Committee will focus on the merits of each candidate.

APPLICATION

Is there a deadline to apply for BULA Programs?

Programs, Certificates and Courses are open all the time, so interested applicants don't have to wait long. The entire process takes no more than three business days.

In what language are the documents submitted?

In Mexico, the application and evaluations are always submitted in Spanish. Likewise, both the CV and letters of recommendation are submitted either in Spanish.

When will it be known if the interested party was admitted to the BULA Program, Certificate or Course?

All candidates are notified of the decision three days after initiating the process.

PROGRAM

What is the duration of the Program, Certificate or Course?

All of them, the Certificate, Program or Courses lasts 10 sessions, which can be taken weekly or monthly, depending on the participant's financial means. If the program is scheduled for a specific date, the dates and times will be notified in advance.

Does the participant have to speak English to participate?

No. If any of the Mentors or Instructors do not speak Spanish, the program will provide simultaneous translation from English to Spanish when necessary; therefore, English proficiency is not a requirement.

Do you have to participate in all the modules of the Program or Certificate to be accredited in the program?

Yes. All modules are complementary and must be completed until the Certificate or Program is complete; this is the only way to earn the CEO Certificate.
